6. AI-Generated Content
AI features generate content based on your prompts. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI outputs before using or publishing them. We do not warrant the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI-generated content.

The Service, including its design, code, templates, and trademarks, is owned by CarouselSuite and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAROUSELSUITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CarouselSuite harmless from any claims arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CarouselSuiteoperates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
